What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and do you offer samples?
Our regular MOQ is 10 pieces, If you need a sample for quality checking or photography, we can supply a single sample at a special sample price (freight collected). Sample orders usually ship within 2 3 working days after payment.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses? How does that work?
Yes, we ship to Amazon FBA warehouses worldwide. We use express, sea freight, or air DDP (tax-inclusive) routes based on your needs. Each carton is properly labeled and packed to meet Amazon's inbound requirements. We'll confirm the final shipping address and FBA code before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.
What are your payment terms and how do I start an order?
Our payment terms are 50% deposit to confirm the order and start production, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer). To place an order, simply tell us the exact product, quantity, and any special packing requests - we will send you a proforma invoice, and production begins once the deposit is received.
